These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and platform ("Platform"), which enables users to book psychiatry and counselling services with licensed professionals ("Providers").By accessing or using NirvanaMindCare.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. About UsNirvana Mindcare is a digital platform that connects users ("You", "Users", "Clients") with mental health professionals for online and offline consultations, including psychiatric services and counselling.

2. EligibilityYou must be at least 18 years old to use this platform. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must register and provide consent.

3. Medical DisclaimerNirvana Mindcare does not provide emergency services. In case of a crisis, please call local emergency services or visit the nearest hospital.All Providers are independent practitioners. While we verify credentials at the time of onboarding, Nirvana Mindcare is not responsible for the medical advice or treatment provided.The platform is not a substitute for face-to-face psychiatric or medical care when required.

4. User Responsibilities You agree to: Provide accurate, current, and complete information. Use the platform for lawful and personal purposes only. Not impersonate others or provide false identity information.

5. Appointments and Cancellations Appointments can be booked via our platform with available Providers. Users must cancel or reschedule at least 1 hour in advance to avoid cancellation charges. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full session fee.

6. Fees and Payments All consultation fees are displayed clearly at the time of booking. Payments must be made in advance through the secure payment gateway. Nirvana Mindcare does not store your payment details directly.

7. Refund Policy Refunds will be processed only if: The Provider is unavailable and the session is not rescheduled. A valid cancellation is made at least 1 hour in advance. No refunds will be provided for completed sessions

8. Confidentiality and Privacy Your personal and health data is protected in accordance with applicable laws and our Privacy Policy. All sessions are private and confidential unless disclosure is required by law (e.g., in cases of suicide risk, abuse, or threat to others)

9. Platform Availability We strive to keep the Platform operational. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may suspend services for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues.

10. Limitation of Liability Nirvana Mindcare is not liable for: Any medical outcomes resulting from advice or treatment.Any damages resulting from your use or inability to use the platform. Unauthorised access to your data beyond our reasonable control.

11. Termination We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in misuse, fraud, or abuse of services.

12. Intellectual Property All content on the platform (except Provider content) is the property of Nirvana Mindcare. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without permission.

13. Amendments We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad.
