Service Description

A private, confidential 60-minute video consultation with a psychiatrist (M.D.) on Zoom. Use this session for a first assessment or a follow-up about concerns such as low mood, anxiety, ADHD, sleep problems, OCD or stress. You will talk through your history and current symptoms, and agree on next steps. If medication or further tests are appropriate, they will be discussed with you. Before your session: Join 5 minutes early from a quiet, private place with a stable internet connection. Share any previous medical records, prescriptions and test reports in advance to save time. Cancellation Policy

At Nirvana Healthcare, we encourage all patients to attend their scheduled appointments promptly to support the efficient management of physicians’ time and ensure quality care for all. While we do not charge any fees for cancellations or rescheduling up to 1 hour before the appointment time, repeated no-shows or behavior demonstrating malicious intent may result in restrictions on booking future appointments.
